For over 20 years, Gail has used daily journaling as a tool to foster creativity and self reflection. Using Cameron's Morning Pages, and relying on memory, emotional intelligence, and intuition, many ideas, characters, opening sentences, and images have surfaced that have found their way into her work, both professional and creative. In this presentation she will discuss this method and explore both barriers to journaling and ways to surmount them, so that we can move into experimental and innovative territory where the "What If?" question becomes a guide to our writing now.
